How it Works

Free Consultation

We offer free consultations to discuss your current situation, goals, and see how we can assist you. We ask that you provide us with a current copy of all 3 credit bureau reports, preferably a Tri Merge credit report. If you don't have current credit reports, you can access them now on our "Price" page for a $1 Trial period.

After receiving your credit report, we will carefully review them to determine if there is a legal basis to challenge any item. If so, we will provide you with a strategic game plan and provide a realistic timeline for you to achieve the results you want. Afterwards, you can decide if you would like to get started with our customized credit repair letters and/or coaching session(s).

Credit Bureau Disputes

Using our experience and consumer protection laws such as The Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), The Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (FDCPA), The Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act (FACTA), and The Fair Credit Billing Act (FCBA), we will create custom dispute letters for the 3 major credit bureaus disputing unlimited items. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the credit bureau is required to submit a dispute on your behalf to the furnisher of information. The furnisher must provide a reasonable investigation to verify is dispute is accurate or not. The dispute process should be completed within 30-45 days.

According to FCRA, if the furnisher fails to verify the disputed item, it must be deleted. If the item remains the same, it will be verified as accurate. And, if item is inaccurate, it will be corrected and updated.

After completion of investigation, the furnisher must provide the credit bureau with the results of the investigation. Within 5 days, you should receive the results from the credit bureau.

Review & Repeat

Upon receipt of your dispute results, thoroughly review your updated credit report. FCRA violations may continue to remain on your credit report and will need to be addressed. And, based on the responses from the bureaus, you may need to submit other letters directly to creditors, collection agencies or other furnishers of  information.
The process is repeated, tenaciously with persistence until your credit file is completely accurate and free of mistakes, duplicates and false negatives. During the process at any time, we encourage you to call us to discuss questions and concerns. The credit bureaus can be extremely stubborn, but our experience has shown that a bit of persistence and pressure can often bring resolution to even the most complicated credit problems. If warranted, you can file complaints with the state attorney general, Federal Trade Commission (FTC), Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, (CFPB) and Better Business Bureau (BBB).
